Pastor of Missions & Community Engagement (O‘ahu)

Mānoa Valley Church is seeking a Pastor of Missions and Community Engagement to help cultivate a missional culture within our congregation and strengthen our connection to the community. This role focuses on mobilizing the church for outreach, fostering meaningful partnerships, and equipping members to serve in impactful ways.

 

Hours: This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Compensation: The salary range is equivalent to $25–$40 per hour, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.

 

** Attendance at worship services, staff meetings, retreats, and other MVC functions is required.

Intern - Ministry Internship Program (O‘ahu)

The Mānoa Valley Church Ministry Internship Program is a 1-2 year hands-on experience for those discerning a future in pastoral leadership. Interns will work alongside experienced mentors in a vibrant, multi-generational church, gaining practical experience in key areas of ministry, including preaching and teaching, worship leadership, missions & justice, pastoral care, small group discipleship, evangelism and outreach, care ministries, prayer ministries, church administration, and children’s/youth ministry.

 

This internship is designed to help you grow in Christ-centered leadership while gaining real-world pastoral experience. If you’re passionate about serving, leading, and exploring your call to pastoral ministry, we invite you to apply!
