Earlier this month, the Hawai'i Conference and the Hawai'i Conference Foundation (HCF) hosted several United Church of Christ national staff visitors. Patrick Duggan, Executive Director of the Church Building & Loan Fund, met with Conference and HCF staff and visited local churches on O'ahu, Kaua'i, and Maui that currently have building projects or are in need of funds to start projects. Brian Bodager, President and CEO, and John Linzey, Director of Treasury and Accounting Operations, of The Pension Boards UCC were also in town to encourage more direct partnerships between local churches, associations, HCF, and The Pension Boards.
