Mahalo to Kalihi and Moanalua Church, The First Chinese Church of Christ in Hawai’i and the O’ahu Association for hosting the 192nd ‘Aha Pae’aina!

 

• Special offerings were received during the two ‘Aha Makua worship services.  Offering from the Friday morning worship totaled $1,211 for the Vesper Maile Ito Fund.  The offering received Saturday morning to benefit Our Church’s Wider Mission totaled $1,554.

 

• Download audio recordings of presentations by keynote speaker Rita Nakashima Brock.

 

• Purchase books sold at the ‘Aha Makua, including Rita Nakashima Brock’s Soul Repair: Recovering from Moral Injury after War.

 

• Commemorative shirts celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the Association of Hawaiian Evangelical Churches are still available.  T-shirts at $10 each and tank tops and polos at $12 each (shipping extra) may be ordered by contacting Christine Nuuhiwa at cnuuhiwa@hcucc.org or 808-791-5649.
