Irene Willis Hassan Ordained and Installed

On May 21, 2022, at the O‘ahu Association's Spring ‘Aha Mokupuni meeting on Zoom, Irene Willis Hassan was ordained in the ministry of Jesus Christ by the authority of the O‘ahu Association of the Hawai‘i Conference of the United Church of Christ. The Service of Ordination was followed by a Service of Installation and Recognition of Four-Way Covenant. Irene, who is a member of Church of the Crossroads in Honolulu, Hawai‘i was installed as Minister for Refugee and Migration Services in the ministry of providing theological guidance and programmatic support for congregations of the United Church of Christ to sustain flourishing migration ministries.
